By continuing to use the site and engaging in the services offered, you acknowledge and agree to the limits and provisions given below.
Services: :PackersWale Packers and Movers provide shifting services for houses, offices, vehicles, bikes, and storage items. More detailed services can be found on the company’s website and the customer is liable to check everything concerning the items.
Customer Duties: :Accurate specifics of the items to be moved including, their sizes, weights, and any special needs if any must be provided by the customers. In addition, customers must see to it that our team does not have any obstruction regarding access to the property and that all the necessary permits are obtained where applicable.
Limitation of Liability :We take great care to protect your belongings; however, we won’t be held responsible for damages related to storms, tempests, acts of God, or any other cause for which we have no control. Additionally, the value of the goods moving shall be deemed our liability, unless otherwise provided in writing by the parties before the move.
Payment Terms :Payments are generally required to be made in advance in full before commencing any service except where other arrangements have been made. Payments can be made by the means of payment specified on our site, and all payments shall be made by the provisions of the contract.
Cancellation and Refunds :Cancellations requested more than 48 hours prior to the date and time of service will be refunded completely. Other services may bear different refund policies which may be inquired during the booking process.
Governing Law :It will be subject to the laws of India, and they shall have recourse to the courts of the State of Haryana.
Modifications to Terms :We retain the right to modify these terms from time to time. By using our services, you agree to the new or modified terms, so please check so often.
Force Majeure :PackersWale Packers and Movers shall not be liable for any delays and or inability to perform due to causes that are not within our reasonable control or capacity such as breaks in machinery, electronics, or communication.
Severability :If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this agreement to be invalid or unenforceable under any law, that provision shall be construed to the limited degree permissible to give effect to those other provisions of this agreement.
